As of July 1st 2018, Georgia came out with the new law of hands-free cell phone use while driving. COFL fully supports this new law. Mr. Quinzon has stated that COFL's #1 goal in this business is safety. Throughout his driving career he has witnessed so many unsafe acts from motorists that were caused by distracted driving. " drive as if your family was in the other car".

This evening Mr. Quinzon with truck No. 01 will be delivering 20 family readiness units to the local Columbus, GA VFW. These items will then be sorted to support a local military back to school drive. This is what's Convoy OPS is all about!!!!

We are scheduled to re-deliver a portion of the tools from a few months back that was cancelled, later this week we will be bringing them to Phenix City, AL. On our trip down there we plan on getting Truck No. 01 serviced by our top mechanic at Jon Crowe Enterprises. Happy Father's Day to all the drivers out there who are working to provide for their families!!!!!

This is trailer No. 1 it is currently out of service and awaiting a complete restoration. It has approximately a 5' x 4' steel deck. This trailer is small in size but it can and will handle loads more than the normal eye can perceive. The deck is solid steel, 1/8" thick with a complete steel constructed frame. It is very heavy. We plan to add fenders, a tool box removable ramps, new rims, tires, lights and side walls/rails. Mr. Quinzon took some extra spray paint and had to let the world know who this little beast belongs to.

Recently all operations have ceased due to Mr. Quinzon attending military training. All operations are scheduled to resume as normal starting June 5th. Mr. Quinzon is ready to turn the tires on the asphalt and continue to serve,those who serve and their families!!!

Big Blue was loaded yesterday with the tool chests and hundreds of tools. As requested by the receiver we taped the chests. The tarp job isn't our finest work due to the fact that both chests are completely two different sizes. As long as the chests dont get wet everyone will be satisfied. 1 and 2 inch straps were used for the securement and edge protectors also as courtesy to the customer. It was very easy to load the chests from our loading dock but when Mr. Quinzon gets to TX he has no choice but to off load them with our wooden ramps. This will be a bit of a challenge. Our senior driver gave us a great idea that when off loading, use a track system on the ramps to help guide the chests down also leaving pressure on the casters to slow the movement. Mr. Quinzon said that he is going to rig up a pulley system from the tie downs in blues bed with a safety strap when he lowers the chests down a 45 degree decline off the ramps. These chests are very heavy duty and weigh so much that Mr. Quinzon is not willing to take the risk of anyone getting hurt.
