Yesterday we completed our first official commercial delivery — 11 stops across Pennsylvania, 40 boxes, same-day coordination and proof of concept on ex*****on.

It's tempting to chase volume — more posts, more emails, more gigs, because activity feels like progress.

But there's a principle I keep coming back to: a branch doesn't produce fruit by trying harder. It produces fruit by staying connected to something stronger than itself. Cut off from the vine, effort alone produces nothing.

Said no supply chain director ever, but apparently every bad courier assumed it.

Years managing logistics and I genuinely cherished the ghosted ETAs, the "we'll get to it" attitude, and explaining to my own boss why a shipment vanished into the void.
