ONE WEEK TURNAROUND!
This 30ft sailboat had a corroded aluminium compression post. Too dangerous to sail the boat.
I ordered the stainless components, and fabricated a new stainless compression post before the boat was sceduled to be hauled. East Coast Marine Rigging pulled the mast last Tuesday, They can reinstall it tomorrow. Owner will be sailing again!

On the third try, I found a hydraulic shop willing to take on rebuilding this stainless cylinder.
Selene 55 was made in PRC, replacement cylinder is at least 6 months and unknown shipping and tariff fees.
More to come on this project.

No impeller blades = no flow.
Thanks to a friend , we got a new impeller today, backflushed, installed, and running again!

Today's challenge is to make a European vessel compatible with US gas and shore power.
Unfortunately all aircons are 50hz, which would have a short life on US 60hz power.
Butane cylinders will have to be replaced with Propane cylinders, and a different regulator.
