Happy Friday!

Job opening! Office manager for our busy maintenance shop located at the airport in Truckee! We are looking for a team player who is no stranger to organization to keep our office running smooth. It's an hourly position, approx. 30 hrs. per week (with some flexibility to accommodate things like school drop offs). Computer and Excel skills are a must, and Quickbooks experience is a bonus. Job duties includes (but not limited to): handling incoming and outgoing shipments, answering phone, filing, invoicing aircraft rentals etc. Health insurance and 401k plans offered once eligible. Hourly compensation will be based on experience level.
