It's a rainy rainy day but I'm out here chasing a few drainage issues at the new place and clearing up the last few trees that need to disappear. I'll hopefully be up here full time in about a week and we'll start planning the new layout.

Still going to be several months before starting construction, but this is what we're dealing with.

I need to do some light grading and clean up some leftover roots from my first pass. I'll probably knock over a few more trees once I get the excavator back up here or at least thin them out.
