Thank you - D & G Automotive & Diesel
The Brasfield family would like to extend our sincere gratitude
to D & G Automotive & Diesel, located at 134 Hwy 90 Alt W,
Gonzales, Texas, for being a meaningful part of the processional
for our father’s homegoing service. Although our father made
the decision to close the doors of Brasfield’s Garage more
than 30 years ago, the relationships built through his work
continued well beyond that time and remain deeply rooted in
our community.
Following the closing of Brasfield’s Garage, D & G Automotive
& Diesel purchased one of our father’s wrecker trucks and
added it to their fleet, continuing its service alongside their
other wreckers in support of the community. That truck, which
had served countless individuals while our father owned and
operated it, remained a symbol of his commitment to helping
others even after the garage doors were closed. William
Brasfield, Sr. showed up for people in their times of need and, to
many, performed what felt like miracles through his dedication,
fairness, and compassion. We are grateful to D & G Automotive
& Diesel for honoring his legacy and carrying forward the spirit
of service that meant so much to him.
