Do you find your level of frustration with the boat shop is equal to that of a Dr's office?
Are the parts REALLY " DELAYED " or are they just feeding us an excuse?
Well, here is just a small example folks , all parts were ordered LAST WEEK and were in stock but after having a few Karen episodes with our distributors it was found out they are STILL short staffed and running behind.
Then UPS and FedEx feel the need to give the water pump kits a grand tour of America before finally delivering.
Now , the majority of my distributors are next day delivery, the furthest ones are only 2 days .
And yes , shop was still very much open when FedEx claimed it was closed.
Trust me when I say I share your level of anger and frustration !

As luck would have it at the very beginning of the busiest part of the season, my body has too many check engine lights on 😂🤦‍♂️.
Monday 3/07/2022 I have to bite the bullet and go down for back surgery .
Doctors want me ... ME of all people to lay low for at least 4 weeks but I will do my best to be back cranking out boats sooner than that .
If you are currently in que then you're up to date .
Please call or text with what you need done and we'll make it happen!

Effective immediately
Any boat with the following will have an extra $25 fee added.
*Towables, skis , wake boards or life jackets in the floor or engine compartment
* doubled covered boats that require removing the covers for services
* Covers with between 500,000 and 10,000,000 ropes , straps or bungee cords
These things are a huge irritation to the whole industry and really slows down the work flow . We don't want to move 20 expensive wakeboards or crawl over them , damage them or have them damage the interior on your
$150,000.00 boat
PLEASE PLEASE remove them before service.
If you can't, please give us a heads up so we can schedule around the slow downs , thank you and keep'em coming!

Due to a extremely heavy schedule this fall/winter , we will only be servicing the following communities during a 2-3 day period utilizing the work boat for dockside/ boat lift services .
Lake Royale , Lake Gaston and all storage facilities located in and around Southern Wake County including Crosswinds Marina .
Dates for each of these locations is TBA as some are not yet ready and enjoy playing in the cold water 🥶😂
