Hot take: A hotel’s reviews don’t tell me whether YOU will love it.

I’ve stayed at hotels with not-so-great reviews that I loved and highly rated hotels that I wouldn’t rush back to.

Because reviews are based on someone else’s preferences, expectations, and travel style.

Their dealbreaker might not matter to you.

And the thing they LOVED? You might not care about at all.

That’s why I don’t just look for the “best” hotel for my clients.

I look for the right hotel for YOU.

Your travel style. Your priorities. The places you’ve loved before. The experience you want to have this time.

Reviews are helpful.

But knowing what actually matters to you? That’s better.

Three generations. One unforgettable experience. And a plan that gave everyone a reason to say, “this was exactly what I hoped it would be.”

For this family trip to Normandy and Paris, that meant creating an itinerary that balanced history, culture, incredible experiences, and the right pace for a teenager, adults, and a grandfather — all while making sure no one felt like they were simply along for the ride.

This looked like:
🚙 WW2 Normandy Jeep Tour
📍 Private Guides for Omaha Beach
🥐 Best dining and food (including a cooking class)
➡️ Walkable locations for hotels and easy directions for them to follow
🤩 Eiffel Tower dining to avoid summer heat wave

Finding the right destination, accommodations, experiences, and pace that brings everyone together without anyone feeling like they sacrificed what mattered to them is a skill I’ve spent years developing.

If your whole family took one big trip together, where would you want to go?

"I literally didn't have to think once on the entire trip."

That's the kind of feedback every travel advisor hopes for.

Because while you'll remember the views, the meals, and the experiences years from now...

What you'll feel in the moment is peace of mind.

Knowing every hotel, transfer, reservation, and tour has already been taken care of. Knowing that if something unexpected happens, someone is already working on it.

That's the difference thoughtful planning makes.

Because here's the thing...

Could you spend hours comparing hotels, researching neighborhoods, figuring out train schedules, deciding which museums need advance tickets, and wondering if you're making the right choices?

Absolutely.

But you don't have to.

Luxury travel isn't just about beautiful hotels or first-class flights. It's about having someone in your corner who already knows what works, what to skip, and how to make your trip feel effortless.

When you work with me, you're not just getting an itinerary. You're getting someone who:
✨ Recommends the hotels that actually fit your travel style.
✨ Helps you avoid common planning mistakes.
✨ Unlocks VIP perks and amenities whenever possible.
✨ Thinks through the details before they become problems.

The goal isn't to make your trip more expensive.

It's to make it better.

So when your vacation finally arrives, you can spend your time making memories—not second-guessing reservations.

Going to play favorites for just a minute. 😉

These are a few of the European properties I've been recommending lately because they offer something more than a beautiful room—they create the kind of stay you remember long after you've unpacked.

What destination is calling your name? Tell me in the comments or join my private travel community (link in bio) where I'm always sharing places that are worth adding to your list.

Don't come to me unless you want someone who will give you their completely unfiltered opinion on what to book and skip based on your travel style.

I will talk you out of the resort your friend loved that won't work for your trip.

I will tell you when an upgrade is worth every penny and when you're paying for space you'll never use.

And I will absolutely veto an itinerary that has you in four cities in six days because I like you too much to let you do that to yourself.

If that sounds like the kind of travel advisor you need, you'll probably enjoy my private travel community (link in bio). Come join us for honest travel advice, inspiration, and destination ideas.

This is the whole point.

Not just checking destinations off a list.

Not just taking another vacation.

The point of working so hard is to create moments where you can finally exhale.

To linger over dinner because no one is rushing you.

To get lost down a side street that wasn't on your itinerary.

To watch the sunset without checking your email.

To remember what it feels like to be fully present.

Somewhere along the way, we've started treating travel like a luxury we have to earn.

I don't think that's true.

I think travel reminds us who we are outside of our calendars, our responsibilities, and the endless notifications.

It gives us space to reconnect—with the people we're traveling with, the places we're discovering, and ourselves.

So if you've caught yourself thinking, "One day..."

Maybe this is your reminder that the whole point was never just to work.

It was to live.

And if you're not quite ready to book, that's okay. Come join my private travel community (link in bio), where we can keep dreaming about what's next together.

If you've ever tried to plan a trip for a big family, you already know...

The hardest part usually isn't choosing the destination.

It's balancing everyone's opinions.

Different budgets. Different travel styles. Different priorities. Different ages. Different definitions of the "perfect vacation."

That's where having someone in the middle makes all the difference.

Instead of one person trying to coordinate every decision, I help families cut through the noise, find common ground, and build an itinerary that feels like a win for everyone.

Whether it's a milestone birthday, a reunion, or simply getting everyone together in one place, my goal is the same: make the planning feel easier so the vacation can be what everyone remembers.

When someone says “We’re thinking London, Paris, and maybe Rome in two weeks this summer,” I don’t just say “Great! Let’s book it.”

Because what most people don't realize is:
➡️ You’ll lose 3 full days just in transit and adjustment
➡️ Each city will cost more and feel more rushed than you expected
➡️ You won’t really feel like you’ve been anywhere, you just ticked some boxes

So, we shift the conversation.

What kind of energy do you want this trip to have? Did you have time to simply just BE and enjoy the place? Most of us are really looking for that unhurried, wandering kind of travel.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is skip the greatest hits and give yourself space to actually feel the place.

Paris may be where you want, but maybe a few days in Lyon or Reims make more sense than another big city like Rome.

That’s when the trip starts to feel like it's *yours* and not a rehash of every Instagram itinerary you ever saved.

The best trips start long before you book the flights. Join my private travel community (link in bio) for destination inspiration, travel tips, and ideas to help you plan a trip that feels like you.
