For eight incredible nights, I’m taking a small group of women to experience two completely different sides of northern Italy — the mountains and sparkling water of Lake Garda followed by the winding streets, canals and unmistakable magic of Venice.

It matters if we are enjoying ourselves.

I'm not going to lie... putting together this group trip has been one of the most exciting and challenging things that I've done lately.

One of my biggest goals is finding that sweet spot between incredible, bucket-list experiences AND actually having time to enjoy being there.

I want us to have time for a long lunch, an afternoon by the water, a little shopping, or maybe ordering another Aperol Spritz because… well… we can and it's Europe!

So, here are a few things currently floating around my Just Us possibility list:

✨ Our own private boat: beautiful scenery, drinks, nowhere we need to rush off to next.

✨ An incredible food + w**e experience: the kind that feels less like a “tour” and more like being welcomed into someone’s little corner of the world.

✨ A night worth getting dressed up for: beautiful setting, fabulous dinner, and hopefully WAY too many pictures of all of us actually IN them.

I’m still working my magic behind the scenes and am not ready to tell you all the details quite yet.

I'm hosting my first group trip in 2027!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been researching hotels, experiences, restaurants, logistics (SO many logistics 😂) and all the little details that can take a trip from really good to “OMG, I cannot believe we did that.”

Because THAT is what I want this trip to be.

Not a generic European group tour where we follow someone holding an umbrella from sight to sight.

Think beautiful places, incredible food, a little bit of luxury, time to actually enjoy where we are, and a few special moments thrown in for good measure.

One experience currently on my VERY long possibility list?

✨ A private experience on the water, surrounded by one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe.

That's all you're getting from me. 🤐

And yes… that IS a clue.

If you've been here a bit, you know I LOVE to travel with my mom and share new places with her.

And today, I am SO pumped to tell you that we are officially en route to the # 1 place on her wish list.... GREECE. 🇬🇷

We are of course seeing Athens and the Acropolis, but I also have some surprises planned for her, which I'm really excited about before we head out on a sailing to Greek islands, Croatian islands before we end in Venice (which also comes with some surprises).

I plan on sharing as we go so make sure to follow along in stories!

My trips are planned just like I plan client trips, so you can see what it looks like!!!

One thing you probably aren’t thinking about when you’re scrolling through gorgeous hotel photos…

Will there be construction during my stay? 🚧

Because that dreamy room hits a little differently when you’re waking up to hammering at 8am. 🙃

Before I recommend a hotel, I’m thinking beyond the pretty photos—renovations, potential disruptions, room location, and what your stay will actually feel like.

Because the right hotel isn’t just beautiful.

It’s the right experience for YOU.

And those are exactly the details I want handled before you ever pack your suitcase.

After living in Europe for four years AND going back for the Christmas markets last year, here’s how I’d build a market-hopping trip: 🎄✨

📍Cologne: Start here for variety. Multiple markets, each with its own personality, and easy train connections.

📍Strasbourg: For the full “am I in a Christmas movie?” experience. Lights, decorated streets, wooden stalls…the whole thing.

📍Salzburg: Slow down here. Cobblestone streets, historic charm, Christmas markets and the Alps as your backdrop.

📍Vienna: Finish with some sparkle. Gorgeous markets, cozy cafés, beautiful architecture and plenty of reasons to linger.

But here’s the thing…

The secret to an amazing Christmas market trip isn’t seeing as many markets as humanly possible.

It’s choosing the RIGHT combination of cities and giving yourself enough time to actually enjoy being there.

Because nobody needs to turn Christmas markets into an endurance sport. 😂🎄

I recently planned Italy for a family whose parents hadn’t been to Europe since college—and whose daughters were experiencing it for the very first time. ❤️

They had ONE week to make it count.

And their dates happened to fall over June 2nd—Italy’s Republic Day. Something they hadn’t considered, but something that could absolutely affect their time in Rome.

So we planned around it.

We created a week between Rome and the Amalfi Coast that gave them those “we’re actually in ITALY!” moments without wasting precious vacation time constantly packing, transferring and checking into another hotel.

Because when you only have a week in Italy, you don’t need to see ALL of Italy.

You need to experience YOUR Italy really well!
