Wednesday was a Sea Day so we just relaxed in the Thermal Spa and caught up on some work. Ended the night with an 80's party!

Thursday we stopped in Lerwick, Shetland Islands. If you get the chance to visit it is such a cute little town. The streets, shops, buildings, and even sidewalks are just beautiful!

Tuesday we took the ultimate Game of Thrones tour in Akureyri! It was so neat to hear about all the places in Iceland that have been movie sets. We finished off the night with the most entertaining Teppenyaki chef. The food was pretty amazing too 🥣

On Monday we decided to stay on the ship and relax in the thermal spa while at Isafjordur. We had a tasty dinner at La Bistro (French), listened to a good band, and watched a magic show!

Sunday morning we walked around Reykjavik and stopped at the Hallgrimskirkja Cathedral. Pictures just don't do justice for this beautiful place. Then we boarded the Norwegian Star for our cruise!

Saturday we moved up to Reykjavik and did the Golden Circle Tour including the Blue Lagoon. This tour included a 190 mile loop including Kerid Crater, Geysir Geothermal Area, Gullfoss Waterfall, Þingvellir National Park. At the end of our tour we got to enjoy the Blue Lagoon, which is a world-famous geothermal spa. It was a long day but is was definitely worth being able to see these wonders of Iceland!

Friday we arrived in Keflavik, Iceland. We took a scenic ride over to Hafnarfjörður. We checked out the sites and tried some pastries while we waited for our room. We checked in to the hotel and saw the original building but then went to our room and it was in the new addition 😍 This place is going to be amazing once it is finished. We had dinner at the restaurant next door Fjörukráin and had to try the traditional Black Death shot. Definitely a great start to this trip!

We arrived in Iceland early Friday morning and have been doing some exploring. Heading to the cruise port today to board NCL Star. We will be sharing more along the way!!!
