Chesco Connect was proud to participate in the Mazie B. Hall Community Day on Saturday, July 18, where Driver Supervisor Ethel Robinson represented our team and shared information about the transportation services available through Chesco Connect.
Community outreach events like this provide a great opportunity to connect with residents, answer questions, and help people learn about our shared-ride transportation services and eligibility programs.

Chesco Connect was proud to participate in the OIC Block Party on Friday, June 26, 2026.

It was a well-attended event with a great turnout, providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with community members. We enjoyed sharing information about how to ride with Chesco Connect as a customer, as well as discussing current employment opportunities for those interested in joining our team.

Thank you to OIC for hosting such a successful event and to everyone who stopped by our table to learn more. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community and look forward to continuing to connect with residents throughout Chester County!

Schedule and Manage Your Trips Online with Find My Ride!
Chesco Connect riders can now take advantage of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Find My Ride Scheduling Tool to conveniently manage eligible transportation trips online.
Get started at: https://schedule.findmyride.penndot.pa.gov/
With the Find My Ride Scheduling Tool, eligible riders can:
✅ Schedule trips online
✅ View upcoming reservations
✅ Cancel eligible trips
✅ Track ride status
✅ Manage transportation services anytime, day or night
To log in, you'll need your:
• Shared Ride ID
• County of residence
• Date of birth

Important Scheduling Reminders:
• Chesco Connect trips must be reserved by 1:00 PM at least one business day before your trip.
• Out-of-county trips require 10 business days' advance notice.
• Some trip types may still require scheduling through Customer Service.
• Same-day trip requests are not eligible for reduced fares.

Chesco Connect is transitioning from gas-powered buses to new propane-powered vehicles. The move will save money and reduce pollution, both of which are key priorities in the County’s Strategic Plan.
