The bus will be out of service on Monday and Tuesday. Although the correct part was ordered, it will not arrive until Monday. The bus is scheduled for repair on Tuesday. Please note that the lift repair will need to be rescheduled pending completion of the bus repair. We will keep you informed of any updates and the revised schedule. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Update on our bus:

A part has been ordered to address the check engine light, and the bus is scheduled to go into the shop tomorrow. We have also arranged for the lift/ramp to be repaired in Tucson on Tuesday. At this time, we are anticipating being back in service on Wednesday, June 3rd.

We will continue to keep everyone updated should any additional complications arise. Thank you for your patience and, more importantly, your continued support. We understand how frustrating these periods of downtime can be for everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

With the bus averaging 800–1,000 miles each week, ongoing maintenance is something we expect.

Unfortunately, the check engine light came on this afternoon. This issue will need to be resolved prior to taking the bus to Tucson for the lift repair. We will keep informed as we move forward.

We are sad to report that our lift just quit working. The soonest it can be repaired in Tucson is this upcoming Thursday, May 28th. Until then we will be limited to just using the stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the frustration that some of our clients will be feeling with this news. We completely understand. Thank you.

🚍 Great news! Our transit bus service is back up and running. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support while the bus was getting worked on. We’re excited to get back on the road and continue serving our community safely and reliably. Thank you for riding with us!

Latest update on the bus:

It is still in the shop. The technicians were not able to complete all of the diagnostics yesterday, so it is scheduled to continue being worked on today.

If they find anything additional, we will need to discuss how long repairs may take. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work to keep reliability and safety at the highest level possible.

As soon as we learn more about what may be going on with the bus, we will provide another update.

We apologize for the lengthy down time and we want to thank you for your patience and support.

🚍 Service Update 🚍

Due to unexpected maintenance issues, our bus service is currently out of operation. We are expecting the necessary parts to arrive early next week, after which the bus will need to be repaired by a service shop.

Unfortunately, there are no loaner buses available at this time, so we are unable to continue service while repairs are being completed. To be completely transparent, our bus is also older with lots of miles, and parts can sometimes take longer to locate and repair.

Because of this, we are unable to guarantee an exact date for when service will resume. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get back on the road safely.

Update on our bus service:
Unfortunately, the engine cooling fans are not working properly, and the bus will need to be taken to a repair shop for service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption to our service. At this time, we are also reaching out to possibly find a loaner bus while repairs are being completed.

We will continue to post updates as we learn more and will keep everyone informed on the repair status.
