The Center for Traffic Safety has introduced a new campaign against texting while driving. This program has been created to honor the memory of a Spring Grove High School student that recently died after a car crash in which she was texting, causing her to lose control of her car and strike a tree, dying just a hundred feet from her destination. She had received a text from her friend who was wait
