Do you live in Coshocton, Guernsey, Tuscarawas, Muskingum or Perry County?

Mobility Ohio is working on a pilot project with Ohio Department of Medicaid and the seven Managed Care Organization plans.

We are currently looking for people who receive snap benefits AND have selected a managed care plan under Medicaid to help us with an evaluation of added benefits for food insecurities.

We are asking that people who fall under this category call our office and help us navigate the MCO plan. We would like to see how MCO's and the Medicaid hotline navigate members who have food insecurities.

SOME plans have added benefits that may be additional food or resources into the members home.

We will do all the work to navigate the process.

What we need:

1. The member contacts our office at 740-969-5665 between 8am-3pm Monday-Friday.

2. Provide us with your information so we can verify your eligibility in Medicaid's system.

3. Give us permission to reach out on your behalf.

4. Let us get your options and contact you back with what is available to you.

⭐️ Anyone willing to do this will be entered into a drawling for a gift basket! 👏🏻

Our goal: walk in your shoes to see how the state and MCO's provide information about your plan and available resources!

Without member permission and information- we just get basics not the BIG picture. We want to dive deep into how our community members are being served!

This is a HUGE step in helping local organizations and communities!

‼️ Mobility Ohio is an approved organization in partnership with local JFS, Ohio department of Medicaid and the managed care organizations with access to the state database. Confidentiality and security measured are in place to ensure your information is protected and not shared.
