Was around 2010, I was sitting in my car, stuck in traffic on a rainy Tuesday evening, driving back home from work... watching the windshield wipers repeat the same movement again and again.

And I thought: tomorrow would probably look like today.

That was the last time I accepted it.

Sixteen years later, I’m still living a nomadic life across Asia, meeting people and observing how every day feels when you stop resisting the road and start listening to it.

I put the best of these years into one book: About 100 photographs and the stories between them.

Real moments: travel, people, streets, and experiences that don’t pretend life is always neat.

If you feel stuck, tired of routine, or simply ready to see life from a different perspective, this book was made for you.

“We’re probably on this planet for just one ride, so there isn’t much to defend—only a choice to make: scars or regrets. And I refused to let the latter devour me.”Nomadic Perceptions is made of fragments from over fifteen years wandering through Asia. It is not a guidebook, nor a manual f...

That’s me sixteen years ago, at the beginning of my travel, crossing the border from India into Nepal, completely unaware of what would come next, carrying nothing but a restless soul and a stubborn curiosity.
Almost sixteen years on the road, and sometimes it feels impossible that my essence could hold it all: the faces, the fleeting deep conversations, the nights that burned brighter than memory, the drunken moments, the love that arrived like a storm and left like smoke, the laughter and the grief folded together so tightly they still cut like edges. All of it piled inside me, scattered across far lands, messy, raw, impossible to untangle. The plan is simple: just risk everything. It’s fun, thrilling, terrifying. You have nothing to lose, only life to spill into streets, into skies, into the unknown, chasing whatever comes next, hoping that the next step isn’t just survival but a story worth telling. 🔥☀️

I had a pig once.
I fed it.
I washed it.

For a brief, stupid moment,
I thought order could silence chaos.

Then it chose the mud again.

Intensity. It tears you apart, stretches every nerve until something inside snaps. The road, life itself, is ready to hand you all the s*it you ask for.

Yet without those moments I would have never known how a cup of coffee tastes when the wind rushes through Da Nang’s streets, how sand in Batu Ferringhi turns to silk under a bruised sunset, how the Chao Phraya breathes against the night like a fleeting dream, how a cramped sleeper train in Rajasthan teaches patience one restless hour at a time, or how a stranger’s smile in Yeosu can soften a day heavy with unspoken doubts.

I didn’t pass through those moments to suffer again. I passed through them because they cracked me open just enough to let life in.

Maybe the real question isn’t whether it was worth it. Maybe it’s whether you want to feel alive at all...or just survive the silent wake.🔥 ☀️

Guanyin.
First time I saw a statue of Guanyin I was struck by the serenity and hope she radiated.
What I felt was peace, out of nowhere. 🔥 ☀️

The sea is at its most beautiful when it refuses to stay calm, its turmoil exposing depths the quiet never shows.

Maybe our lives respond to the same pull, breaking open only when the surface shatters. 🔥 ☀️ 🌊
