As the festive days of Tแบฟt slowly settle and the city finds its rhythm again, our kitchen is coming back to life, filled with laughter, the sound of chopping herbs, and the familiar joy of welcoming guests from around the world.

This week, as Tแบฟt approaches, our Rose Kitchen team had the opportunity to visit five families in our local community who are facing hardship due to health and financial challenges.

With the guidance of a neighborhood representative, we were able to personally visit each family and offer small New Year gift sets and support, simply to bring a little warmth and encouragement before Tแบฟt arrives.

In Vietnam, Tแบฟt is about reunion, sharing, and caring for one another. We are grateful to be part of a community where we can give back, even in a small way.

At Rose Kitchen, food has always been our love language. But this year-end party reminded us that what truly brings warmth to the table is our people, across Rose Kitchen, Su Quan Roastery, Moc Thon โ€“ Wood Tales, and Quiet Asia.

As we came together to celebrate the end of 2025 and prepare for the coming tourism season, the room filled with more than just good food. There was laughter, lucky draws, and wonderful performances from our Operations and Cultural Storyteller teams representing all our brands. It felt like one big family reunion.

One of the most touching moments was our appreciation awards, created from handwritten notes our team members wrote to one another throughout the year. Words of thanks passed between colleagues from Rose Kitchen, Su Quan Roastery, Moc Thon โ€“ Wood Tales, and Quiet Asia. We also honored those who performed exceptionally well, and ended the celebration with heartfelt words from our COO to every single person who has helped build this journey.

It wasnโ€™t just a party. It was a reminder that behind every dish, every cup, every story, and every journey, there is one united team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.
- In charge of responding to customerโ€™s enquiry for Rose Kitchen - Cooking Class and Coffee Class โ€“ Su Quan.
- In charge of organizing cooking class, coffee class and assigning jobs to staff.
- In charge of contacting customers for logistics arrangement.
- Excellent communication and customer sense.
- Solve all problems that happened before, during and after the class.
- Sending recipes, asking for reviews and responding to customers reviews.
- Perform other duties as required by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 01 โ€“ 03 years working experience.
- Have experienced in Operation, Customer Care, Hospitality, Tourism is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Able to start working as soon as possible.
- Ability to withstand pressure

BENEFITS
- Base salary: 12,000,000 VND โ€“ 15,000,000 VND
- Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff working performance).
- Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law.
