They had a point, but wait a second...
Our 5 stars perfect record was not unreal. It was a reflection of our dedication to excellence on which we've built our reputation. Today we are back to 5 stars, and we are proud of it. Once again we hold the banner of excellence.

It was mentioned a number of times that due to our success, our model will be copied. There were attempts, more than a few, but as much as any competitor can try to copy our practices, they will not be able to replicate the philosophy we work with. Our attention to detail and our dedication reflect directly the honest hard work we put in. We deserve those 5 stars and say "Hell, Yeah! We proved a point!" And if we go down again, it's fine.
