A smoother airport journey is on the way. From Spring 2026, Melbourne Airport will introduce new Pick-Up and Drop-Off zones for passengers travelling through Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

Here’s exactly where you’ll need to go:

🚗 DROPPING OFF - LEVEL 3
The new Drop-Off Zone will be on Level 3 of the T123 Transport Hub, with 70+ spaces for passengers heading to Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

🚙 PICKING UP - LEVEL 2
The new Pick-Up Zone will be on Level 2 of the T123 Transport Hub, with 100+ spaces for easier passenger pick-ups.

🛣️ GETTING THERE
A new dedicated exit from the Tullamarine Freeway will provide direct access to the T123 Transport Hub.

So, if you're flying Melbourne with Vietjet, keep an eye out for signs directing you to the T123 Transport Hub and make sure you head to the right level.

From 9 January 2027, Vietjet passengers will have another airport option when flying to Sydney: Western Sydney International Airport (WSI).

After landing at WSI, getting into Sydney is easy with WSI Link – a completely FREE shuttle bus connecting directly between:

📍 WSI ↔ St Marys Station
🚌 Frequency: Every 30 minutes
⏰ 4:30am – midnight: Sunday to Thursday
