Tree Frog Logistics is looking for experienced freight brokers that have a desire to work from home, have guaranteed monthly pay and the ability to make uncapped commissions.

Our Freight Agents have the freedom to work from home while making a base salary plus 20% + commission.

Here's Our Comp Plan:

$40,000 annual base pay
$500 sign on bonus after completing onboarding
$5,000 seat cost to cover DAT and employee tools
20% commission up until $40,000 book of business
25% commission over $40,000 book of business
Grow by 9% or more monthly and capture an additional 25% commission of the new growth

Unmatched & uncapped commission plan that will never change
Paid company outings
Ability to be your own boss
Sales manager for support
One stop system to handle customers, carriers and scale your book
Full visibility to your shipments, carrier costs, customer costs as well as your commissions

To ensure you have what you need to be successful, we provide you with an online training system that can be completed in a few short days. After that, you are all set to book shipments, manage your customer base and grow your book of business with your manager's support.

Requirements:

Manage book of business
Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
Ability to be a self-starter without need to be constantly managed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
