These include, but are not limited to:

▪ any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information;
▪ content that is harassing, threatening or vulgar (including personal attacks or comments disparaging an individual or group based on ethnicity, race, gender, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation);
▪ content that is promotional or commercial in nature and/or not relevant to visitors of this page (at SAA’s sole discretion);
▪ posts linking to files that contain viruses, corrupted files, spyware or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;

Additionally, we will not allow community members to harass the account or community in any way. If a user continues to behave in a manner determined to be harassing by nature after the account has attempted to resolve or further discuss any grievances, the user's comments may be deleted and he/she may be banned from the page. The safety and health of our customers and staff remain our number one priority:

Effective March 25, 2020 until further notice, SAA is implementing strict measures to contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). SAA has therefore closed its Business Class lounges in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Harare, and Lusaka as well as the OR Tambo International Departures Lounge.
