🚨 Sushi emergency in Aalborg! 🚨

Had an incredible family dinner at AI Japan tonight.
The concept is dangerous for a hungry family because you can order all the delicious sushi you want! 🍱🥢
We took that challenge very seriously and ordered so much food that we literally couldn't squeeze a single bite more down.
Full stomachs and happy hearts! 🤤😂

Behind every book is a battle with Word documents! ☕💻💥

Spending my days translating the next chapters for Volume 2 and 3. Formatting margins, fixing tables of contents, and making sure the page numbers don't jump around in the A5 layout is a whole adventure on its own!

Looking at the boats always makes me dream of new horizons and far-away places. It is the perfect inspiration while I am sitting here working on the translations for my upcoming books!

There is nothing quite like a peaceful morning by the water to clear the mind and spark new ideas. The air is fresh, the view over Limfjorden is absolutely beautiful, and my head is spinning with exciting plans for my upcoming books! 📖🌍

Found my new ride at Thorup Strand! 🚜🌊

Having traveled to 50 countries, I’ve seen some of the most famous beaches and cities in the world. But coming back to the rugged North Coast of Denmark always reminds me of how unique our local culture truly is! 🇩🇰✨

This beautiful coastal village is one of the very last places where fishermen still haul their massive boats right up onto the sand using heavy tractors and pure horsepower. It’s wild, traditional, and so authentically Danish. 🦅🌾

Exploring these hidden gems is a huge part of my journey to understand why Denmark is consistently ranked as one of the happiest nations on Earth. 🌍❤️

Quiet moments create the biggest dreams. 🌾✨

Standing here at Vejlerne, looking out over the calm canal waters of this beautiful bird sanctuary. There is something incredibly peaceful about this place—it forces you to slow down, breathe, and look at the bigger picture. 🦅🇩🇰

A few years ago, the dream of writing my own lifestory book series and traveling to 50 countries was just a thought in my head. Today, Book 1 is almost ready for print, and my brand-new travel website is officially live.

It takes courage to chase your dreams, especially when you are balancing between two different cultures and raising a family. But standing here, watching the horizon, I know the journey is worth every single step. ❤️
