**Payments:

All payments and pre-orders will close on Monday (10pm) each week. Please do ensure that all payment transactions are to be made before closing time. Orders will be void if no payments are made by Monday (10pm).
**Delivery
:
All orders are on Pre-Order basis & will be process during weekdays only. Not including public holidays and weekends. Delivery will arrive in within 1 or 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Usually it will take less than that depending on courier service standards. We shall do the best we could to let you receive and enjoy your new purchase as early possible. If you require express delivery, extra charges will incur. You will receive a detailed message confirmation once item is out and on its way to you. To ensure confidence and punctual delivery of package, please provide the accurate address and contact. Pls remain contactable for easy communication.
**T&C:
Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our terms below. Any return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
**Defects and Exchange:
Customers are required to send in a written notice with photos via email or whatsapp within 1 day of receiving the item for a valid exchange or return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition including taps, tag attached or packages. All items will be inspected upon return. We shall collect the item from you if its confirmed item is in such condition as per stated in our terms and conditions. Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only. If a higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the additional cost has to be paid. If a lower price item is selected, the balance price from previous purchase will be refund. Any returned goods not meeting the stipulated conditions will not be entertained.
**Valid returns and exchange:
Items that are terribly damage or stained. Any quality, design, and size of item not in desirable condition, exchange of item is allowed with other designs with subject that return and replacement shipping fee has to be borne by customer when it applies.
**Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable
Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement for differs about 1-3cm. Sales items is not returnable or refundable unless it is a damage item. Any Item from Premium Pre Order which is of size, color, design, and material defects is not returnable/ exchangeable or refundable.
