🍰 Knock You Naked Red Velvet Cheesecake ❤️
Ingredients:
Red Velvet Layer:
Butter and flour for cake pan preparation
1 box red velvet cake mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup sugar
2 large eggs
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp kosher salt
Whipped Layer:
2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsps powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Prepare the Red Velvet Layer: Follow the instructions on the box mix to prepare the red velvet cake batter. Pour into a buttered and floured cake pan and bake as directed. Allow to cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined. Pour over the cooled red velvet layer and bake until set.
Prepare the Whipped Layer: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cooled cheesecake layer.
Assemble: Layer the dessert starting with the red velvet cake at the bottom, followed by the cheesecake layer, and topped with the whipped cream layer. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
Serve: Cut into bars and serve chilled for a decadent dessert experience.
