Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work mode: Remote
Salary remuneration: #100,000
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Transglide, a leading logistics company in Nigeria. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our logistics services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Provide excellent customer service and support
KPIs:
- Monthly sales revenue growth (target: 10-15% increase)
- Number of new clients acquired (target: 5-10 per quarter)
- Client retention rate (target: 90%+)
- Sales target achievement (target: 100%+ of monthly target)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in logistics or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
