Hamba Rides would like to inform all our customers that we will be temporarily deactivating our Rider App as we complete the final stages of our:
✅ Compliance application
✅ Enhanced rider safety measures
✅ Enhanced driver safety measures
This decision has been made to ensure that when Hamba Rides officially goes LIVE, we are fully compliant with the requirements of the South African Transport Department and able to provide a safe, reliable, and professional e-hailing service.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. We believe taking this step now will allow us to launch a service you can trust with confidence.
Please note: Our Driver App will remain LIVE during this period as we continue vetting and approving the best drivers to join the Hamba Rides family. This allows us to build a network of qualified, reliable, and professional drivers before our official launch.
