Good afternoon to all of you BBC special passengers. BBC together with the City of Ekurhuleni have brought on 10 new buses to address the shortage of buses in our operation. We are aware that you have been suffering and have been doing our best to solve your problems. These buses are brought in ad as means to address your suffering. We know that, this is not enough but we will continue to find solutions to your problems. More buses will be added on soon and you will be the first to know as to when. Thank you for your patience and your cooperation is appreciated.

Ladies and gentlemen. Please be advised that there is a post of an Operations Superintendent available here at Brakpan Bus Company. All those that are interested can come view the advert as it is posted on the notice boards here at at the office and will try to make them available at our selling stations. To all that use Brakpan 1bus Company buses to go to work and to different places around Brakpan, Nuffield, Boksburg and Springs. The BBC operations have been disrupted by the passengers and have demanded that operation stops until their issues are addressed. BBC wants all to know that it is not at the will of the company that you do not have transport in the past 4 days. It is that the passengers have issues to raise with the company and therefore they wanted operations to be suspended until those issues are raised with the company.
BBC is willing to listen to its passengers and would like to afford an opportunity to sit and discuss the issues the passengers would want to discuss.

We would therefore like apologise for the inconvenience this has caused many of you who would have loved to use our services to communte between home and work. We will come back to you all and inform you of any developments that will take place in the future.

Brakpan Bus Company could not operate this morning due to commuters’ strike. The strike was about dissatisfaction by the commuters around the issues of public transport in Tsakane, as a result they blocked all exit and entry points of our operational areas. The areas that were affected by non-availability of buses are Tsakane, Brakpan Springs, Sunward Park, Nuffield, Dalpark Secondary school, Nigel High School, Brakpan Primary School and Daggafontein. Taxi ranks at Tsakane and Duduza rank was also shut down this morning. According to the chairperson of the Commuters Representative Committee, the commuters want the Mayor to intervene and address them on the issues they had been raising regarding public transport.
Brakpan Bus Company’s Management represented by the Chairperson of the Board, the Managing Director and the Marketing and Communications Officer availed themselves to come and listen to the issues from the commuters, which resulted to the strike action that took place this morning.

Plese be informed that due to the Ekurhuleni Taxi Industry strike that is to take place tomorrow, 20 March 2018, Brakpan Bus Company will not be operating, this therefore means that there will be no buses tomorrow. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this will cause our passengers.

Good morning, Operations resumed this morning with BBC operating as much shifts it possibly could with the number of buses available for operations. The new buses will remain suspended until such time that the discussions between the shareholder and the taxi industry are concluded. Good afternoon to all our loyal and faithful commuters. This is to let you know that the incidents that took place in Tsakane on Tuesday and wednesday morning involving BBC buses led to the suspention of operation from Wednesday afternoon(31/01/2018) till further notice. This was to ensure that communter's lives and that of the drivers are not indanger as we do not know what could have happened had we continued with operation on Wednesday and Thursday (01/02/2018) Please be advised that means to address the issue are underway and we hope that the buses will be back on the road soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to our passengers.

To all Brakpan Bus Company's passengers. Please be informed that due to a few number of people using the ticket office at the station in Brakpan on Saturdays, the office will be closed from selling on Saturdays from the 17 October 2015. Please note that Saturday 10 October 2015 will be the last day this will be open.

Brakpan Bus Company would like to notify all the passengers in Brakpan that the ticket office at Brakpan station will be closed from operating on Saturdays due to its lack of profitability on this particular day. PS. Saturday 10 October 2015 will be the last day tickets will be sold from this office.
