Greenpods Greenpods build and deliver beautiful turn key cost-effective pod homes, these range in size from 18 m2 upwards. We complete our units on site.

They come fitted and finished, inside and out in other words a turn key solution, unless you prefer empty shell like brick n moratr finish. The beauty of the design is that they can be positioned on their own or end to end with another pod. This means that you have the freedom to build in phases or according to your immediate needs or budget. Greenpods are built and factory finished (4 - 5 weeks)

loaded onto a truck and delivered to your pre- made point foundation. We are also able to deliver in modules where site access is more challenging. It’s easy to transport anywhere in South Africa and can be constructed within days delivery. These pods can also include optional extras and energy saving options such as solar panels and water harvesting tanks. Green Pod Homes Pty are proud to introduce
our new lite models: Lite-2, Lite-3, Lite-3S

Our new lite versions comprises 2 - 3 bedrooms and 1 - 2 bathrooms.

The exterior has a combination finish of thermo wood and IBR, the roof is charcoal, whilst the interior offers a stylish contemporary home with a modern appeal, and choice of finishes.

The spacious internal area, is open plan, with an optional deck, and a covered car port/garage as standard. Greenpods lite-3S even has the option of a scullery.

Whether it’s a day bed, childrens double bunk or a queen extra length bed, we believe design should be functional as well as beautiful. We love birch ply wood for our custom made furniture, its crisp, clean and modern.

Ground floor 23,8m2 and the mezzanine is 19,8 It comprises an open plan living area, kitchenette, bathroom and spacious mezzanine, which can be used as extra sleeping area or storage.
