The Tosca 39 MK 2 is designed for safe open ocean cruising. She features a safe dry center cockpit, with single helm and skeg hung rudder making her much safer than her spade rudder counterparts. She is shaft driven and has a solid lead keel with Stainless steel bolts bolted onto a keel stub under the hull, making her extremely strong. The rudder post is situated behind a secure watertight bulkhead and the bow anchor locker doubles up as a watertight crash bulkhead, making the Tosca 39 very safe.
