Dear Team,
Vencore Group Pty Ltd has been officially contracted to execute a once-off mineral movement of 1,000 Metric Tons of Chrome Concentrate from Zimbabwe into South Africa.
We are currently requesting urgent expressions of interest and vehicle allocations from compliant, tier-1 cross-border fleet operators.
Please review the operational parameters and compliance requirements below:
1. Project Operational ScopeCommodity: High-Grade Chrome Concentrate (Bulk).
Equipment Required: 34-ton / 35-ton Interlink Side Tippers (Tautliners / Flatbeds strictly not accepted).
Total Volume: 1,000 Metric Tons (~29 to 30 total loads).
Loading Point: NETA Mine Site, Mutorashanga / Great D**e region, Zimbabwe.
Offloading Point: Designated Container Depot Slot, City Deep, Johannesburg, RSA.
Project Window: Strict 8-Day Window to complete the entire clearance from the day the first truck loads.
This requires a rolling dispatch of roughly 4 trucks per day.
2.Documentation & Customs Compliance
The cargo-issuing mine is handling all ZIMRA, SARS, and cross-border paperwork on both sides of the border.
Customs Framework: The cargo will move under a Removal in Bond (RIB) structure.
Regulatory Allotment: Mine-issued CD1 Forms are pre-allocated and printed at exactly 35 tons per truck.
Successful carriers must be SARS-registered Removers of Goods in Bond with active cross-border customs bonds to clear Beitbridge smoothly.
3. Commercial & Payment TermsCurrency: Settled entirely in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment Milestones: 50% Upfront Mobilization Deposit issued upon successful loading and dispatch from the mine site. The remaining 50% Balance Payment is issued within [24/48 hours] of verified offloading and sign-off at the City Deep slot.
Target Rate: We are seeking competitive spot-rate offers per ton for this continuous 8-day loop. Please submit your best USD rate per ton.
4. Required Submission for Allocation To reserve your fleet slots for this movement, please reply with:Your maximum available side-tipper count for immediate deployment to NETA, Zim.
Your comprehensive "Truck Pack" (SARS RIB License registration, SADC Cross-Border Permits, and Proof of Goods in Transit [GIT] Insurance covering mineral cargo up to R1.5m).Your final USD rate per metric ton.We look forward to your swift response to secure this allocation.
