From the Riverside Community, we would like to send our condolences to Meyerton Primary and Green Acres Private school in this difficult time.

The parents, teachers, admin staff, ground staff, SGB members and learners are in our thought and prayers.

*Dear parents and guardians*

It is with immense sadness that we share the news of the passing of two of our learners in a horrific car accident this afternoon.

We will not release the names of these learners today as we as a school community need to allow the families time to process this huge loss and to allow them time to grieve.

We have a further three learners who have been admitted to hospitals. These three learners have sustained severe injuries.

Please hold these children and their families of those involved in this horrific accident in your prayers.

We, the staff of Meyerton Primary School, are devastated today. We share in the grief of all involved. We send our deepest condolences to all the families affected by this inexplicable tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May the Almighty give you the strength and fortitude to deal with this loss 🙏🏻💐
