I wrote this song as a reminder of the faith I had in God when I had nothing.
A reminder of the days when I couldn't see the way forward, yet I still believed. When my needs and wants were still prayer items, yet I trusted Him completely.
One day, when God has answered these prayers and I am living in the fulfillment of His promises, this song will hit differently. It will remind me that before the breakthrough, before the provision, before the doors opened, there was faith.
