First we visit to Udakanugala ella Falls its located on Sabaragamuwa and Western province boarder we drive through lush greenery small dense forest called Meethieigala forest reserve. This route one of the hidden gem is a must visit for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Capturing the beauty of Sri Lanka uncommon but scenic waterfalls.
Udakanugala ella is small waterfall but its scenic and safe to bathers. Goraka ella falls is the unexpected and most attractive waterfall among 3 waterfall. There is free parking space which is enough for nearly 20 vehicles and washroom facilities next to waterfall. Easily accessable and has stairs all the way to the top. Use stairs to reach upper part of waterfall and pools. Visit early to avoid probably massive crowd on weekends. From main road to access road is the issue its a single vehicle road therefore if one comes from the other way, you have to back up.
Plenty of areas to enjoy and have a bath avoid weekends can be annoying by people who play music using speakers and drinking (beverages) people. Not a good idea for who wants to bring pets. We travel on a weekday so there is not crowed.
