Meet Nisha – Our Senior Operations Specialist brings dedication and resilience to her role, ensuring day-to-day processes run seamlessly and somehow manages to stay calm while handling multiple files, follow-ups, and last-minute requests.
Through determination and continuous learning, she quickly adapted, mastering complex operational workflows and has successfully handled more than 100 files with precision over the years. Her ability to learn, grow, and deliver under pressure has made her an invaluable part of our team.
Nisha says that one most important learning for her from Operations is “patience and consistency are the key to overcoming challenges. I believe in leaving no stone unturned and giving my best to achieve the desired outcome.”
