Galeon Shipping L.L.C is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have 2โ4 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, with strong knowledge of import, export, customs clearance, shipping line coordination, overseas agent communication, and cross-trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer service and freight forwarding operations.
Coordinate import, export, and customs clearance activities.
Liaise with local shipping lines and overseas agents.
Handle cross-trade shipments and documentation.
Negotiate competitive rates and services with shipping lines, agents, and customers.
Provide timely shipment updates and resolve customer queries.
Maintain strong customer and business relationships.
What Weโre Looking For:
2โ4 years of relevant freight forwarding experience.
Good understanding of FFD, import, export, and customs clearance.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with shipping lines and overseas freight agents.
Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
