Under Law No. (4) of 2026 and the Dubai Municipality's Planning and Building Requirements Guide, over 44 neighborhoods/areas have been officially approved for shared housing across Dubai.
These zones are divided into areas where shared housing is permitted throughout the entire district and areas where it is partially permitted (allowed only in designated sections or plots).
