بعد اعتمادها كأول مشغل مرخص لمحطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية في إمارة الشارقة، حققت “أيون” محطةً بارزةً في مسيرة توسع شبكتها لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، بافتتاح محطة شحن رئيسية في “الممشى” التابع لـ”ألف”، أحد أبرز المجمعات السكنية العصرية في الشارقة. وجاء تنفيذ المشروع بالتعاون مع “ألف”، فيما أُقيم حفل الافتتاح بحضور كبار المسؤولين والقيادات من “أيون”، والشركتين الأم “بيئة” و”الهلال للمشاريع”، وهيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة، و”ألف”، بما يعكس تكامل الجهود بين الشركاء الرئيسيين لدعم أجندة الشارقة في مجال التنقل المستدام.

وأصبحت محطة الشحن الجديدة جاهزة للتشغيل بالكامل، حيث تستوعب ما يصل إلى ست مركبات في الوقت نفسه، وتضم شاحناً سريعاً يعمل بالتيار المستمر بقدرة 120 كيلوواط، يتيح شحناً سريعاً وفعالاً للمركبات الكهربائية. كما يمكن لسكان وزوار “الممشى” حجز أجهزة الشحن، ومتابعة جلسات الشحن، وإتمام عمليات الدفع بسهولة عبر تطبيق “أيون”، بما يوفر تجربة استخدام سلسة ومريحة.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز امتداداً للشراكة الاستراتيجية بين “أيون” وهيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة، والهادفة إلى تعزيز البنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية في مختلف أنحاء الإمارة.

Following its appointment as Sharjah’s first licensed Charge Point Operator, ION has marked a major milestone in its growing EV charging network with the launch of a flagship charging site at Al Mamsha by Alef Group, a modern lifestyle community in Sharjah. Delivered in collaboration with Alef Group, the unveiling took place in the presence of senior representatives and leadership from ION; its parent companies, BEEAH and Crescent Enterprises; Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA); and Alef Group, reflecting the strong collaboration between the key partners driving Sharjah’s clean mobility agenda.

Fully operational and ready to use, the new charging site can accommodate upto six vehicles simultaneously and features multiple DC fast chargers with charging speeds up to 120kW that enable rapid charging. Residents and visitors of Al Mamsha can easily book the chargers, monitor charging sessions, and make payments through the ION app, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.

This milestone builds on ION’s strategic partnership with SRTA to enhance EV charging infrastructure across the emirate.

⁨ في خطوة بارزة لتسريع تطوير البنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، أعلنت هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة (SRTA) وشركة “آيون” (ION)، المشروع المشترك للتنقل المستدام بين “بيئة” و الهلال للمشاريع، عن شراكة لنشر أكثر من 100 شاحن سريع للمركبات الكهربائية. وقُعت الشراكة الاستراتيجية في مقر “بيئة” الرئيسي من قبل كل من سعادة المهندس يوسف خميس العثمني، رئيس هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في الشارقة، وخالد الحريمل، رئيس مجلس إدارة “آيون”، الرئيس التنفيذي ونائب رئيس مجلس إدارة “بيئة”.

وبموجب الشراكة، ستشرف الهيئة وتعمل بشكل مشترك على تنفيذ المشروع، وبصفتها أول مشغّل معتمد لنقاط شحن المركبات الكهربائية في الشارقة، ستتولى “آيون” نشر وصيانة وتشغيل شبكة الشحن في مدينة الشارقة، إضافة إلى المنطقتين الوسطى والشرقية. وستُدعم هذه الشبكة المتكاملة بتطبيق “آيون” الذكي، الذي يتيح للمستخدمين الوصول إلى أقرب محطة شحن، والبدء بعملية الشحن، ومتابعتها بشكل فوري، وإتمام عمليات الدفع بسهولة. وتأتي هذه الشراكة عقب اعتماد المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة إطاراً تنظيمياً للبنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، بما يسهم في تسريع التحول نحو التنقل المستدام في الإمارة.

In a landmark move to accelerate EV charging infrastructure, the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) and ION, the sustainable mobility joint venture between BEEAH and Crescent Enterprises, have partnered to deploy over 100 fast EV chargers. The agreement was signed at BEEAH Headquarters by H.E. Eng. Yousif Khamis Mohammed Al Othmani, Chairman of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, and Khaled Al Huraimel, Chairman of ION and Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH.

The comprehensive network will be backed by ION’s integrated mobile application, through which users can navigate to a nearby charger, plug in, track charging in real time, and make payments seamlessly. The partnership follows Sharjah Executive Council’s recent introduction of a regulatory framework for EV charging infrastructure, accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility in the emirate.
