Law and other effective laws of Afghanistan. Having this license, TLT Company has been
providing cargo services in the country
since a few months ago. Considering that, it has office
branches in Kabul, Herat, and Balkh that are operating in the market. In addition, TLT Company was registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey
in 2016 with the business title “TÜRKİSTAN TURIZM SEYAHAT LOJİSTİK DANIŞMANLIK VE GIDA
SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ” and tax number: 8791136603. This license entitles TLT
Company to offer cargo services including customs clearance of goods in the Republic of
Turkey to the customers. Having an office in Istanbul, TLT Company offers cargo services in the
Republic of Turkey since 2018. The Company’s brand and trademark is “TLT” which is registered in both Afghanistan and
Turkey for protection purposes against any misuse. TLT Company carries out all its activities
in Afghanistan and Turkey under the above-mentioned brand and trademark. Considering TLT Company’s years of experience in providing cargo services in Afghanistan and
Turkey, it now intends to offer postal services in Afghanistan in order to expand postal
services, grow the postal market, promote postal culture, and create job opportunities in the
