Background:
Afghanistan has been suffered due to long time fighting and instability, which
resulted on heavy destruction in social and physical sectors. A plenty of private and
public asset has been destroyed or badly damaged.
Along with war and instability the drought tragedy has also remained its negative
impact in his country especially where the dependency is more on rain-fed land.
After long suffering a good opportunity has been prepared to the people of
Afghanistan to start the reconstruction and rehabilitation of their ruined country. To
achieve this objective the preparation of necessary resource in physical and social
field is much required.
To have proper reply to this need the institutional arrangement along with financial
and physical requirement is much needed, which can be focused in the form of
afghan productive firms working for the Reconstruction of the fight-damaged
country.
Still we are facing the security problems inside of Afghanistan, so therefore we are
