Maximum integration, zero compromise: At Eurobike 2025, Eightpins is unveiling its new Carbon Full Integration – making its world premiere in the brand-new Rotwild R.EX e-MTB, equipped with the revolutionary DJi Avinox motor and a quickly removable 864Wh battery. This bike sets new benchmarks in integration, power, and range – and is the perfect platform for showcasing the next generation of dropper post technology.
What makes it special?
Simple: it’s more precise, more durable, and smarter than all other tube in tube in tube droppers. Carbon Full Integration operates with sliding bushings nearly three times larger than those in traditional dropper posts. The tube overlap – depending on frame size – is up to twice as long (specifically: 21% (S) to 100% (XL) more distance between bushings), delivering maximum stability and eliminating play.
Thanks to a clever design, the leverage ratio is optimized, significantly reducing the forces on the bushings. The result? Less wear, consistently low actuation force, and a solid, play-free feel on every trail.
Engineering where it matters:
The sliding bushings and a newly fixed wiper seal are housed in a permanently integrated aluminum insert inside the seat tube. This insert takes over the bearing and guiding function, much like the casting of a suspension fork. The result is a lighter and stiffer system with uncompromised clean integration.
Maintenance? Easy.
The bushing and sealing system is easily accessible and quick to service – saving time both in the workshop and in your garage.
And how does it look?
Pretty damn good. The Carbon Full Integration merges seamlessly with the frame design, echoing the elegant transition from stanchion to fork casting in suspension forks. This makes the seatpost not just a technical feature, but also a design element that elevates the overall aesthetic of the frame.
With Carbon full Integration, Eightpins proves what real integration can achieve – and Rotwild delivers the perfect complete package for demanding riders who refuse to compromise.
