Helsinki sits on a peninsula in the Baltic, surrounded by islands the city treats as its backyard. 🇫🇮🌊

☀️ Surrounded by water, Helsinki fully opens up in summer. At 60° north, June brings nearly 19 hours of daylight, which means dinner at 10 pm still feels like the afternoon, so bring sunglasses. 🕶️

Helsinki balances it well: a harbor that keeps the city moving ⚓, ferries linking island to island, and locals who swim in the sea without much concern for the temperature. 🌊
