The Courier app is a peer to peer delivery platform available on both Apple and Android phones via the App Store and Google play. Also available on the web via our web page www.thecourierapp.com.au

The Courier App gives businesses and individuals the ability to list items they need delivered from point A to point B at a price they are prepared to pay. Our drivers deliver anything from fast food to groceries, parcels, documents, building materials and even furniture purchased from stores, facebook marketplace and platforms such as gumtree.

How often when you list a secondhand item for sale do you get the question “ Can you deliver that?” Well now you or your buyer can arrange the pick up on The Courier App.

We have drivers with all sorts of vehicles such as Scooters, Cars & trailers, Utilities and trucks and they are available everyday of the week.

Registering as a customer

Our Phone based app is easy to use and takes minutes to register and list your first delivery, this action can also be done via the website www.thecourierapp.com.au making it easier for business to handle orders.

Payment Security

Is guaranteed as our App and website uses the secure Stripe payment gateway that is used worldwide in apps and on thousands of shopping website. All you need is a valid visa or debit card to make payments quickly and easily. Your card will only be debited once a driver has accepted your delivery. The payment is held back from the driver and the App until the delivery confirmation is complete. This ensures nobody is paid until your goods are delivered.

Peace Of Mind

At The Courier App we have added features to our product and our delivery service to help give our clients peace of mind. Drivers are tested and interviewed before being able to deliver your goods and must prove vehicle road worthiness, Insurance, Licence and proof of registration before being allowed to conduct deliveries. All drivers must also pass a police check prior to becoming a courier driver.

You can track your driver delivery progress via the interactive map and also contact the driver direct via the App. You also can rate your driver experience or nominate to use your preferred driver if they are available.

As a customer you can also nominate Pin or Photo proof of delivery. Pin proof means you will be sent a unique code you can give the receiver of the delivery that the driver must enter into his phone via the app for proof of delivery to the nominated person. If your receiver will not be there you can nominate photo proof of delivery where the driver will place the item in the safest place out of site and take a photo as proof of delivery. The choice is entirely up to you.
