120 Push-Ups Today! 💪
Today’s 120 push-ups represent the approximately 120 minutes of REM sleep our bodies need each night. REM sleep plays an important role in regulating mood, processing emotions, supporting learning, and strengthening memory.
Getting enough quality sleep helps keep both your body and mind running smoothly. I know that when I get a better night’s sleep, my mood is brighter, my energy is higher, and everything feels a little easier to manage.
So while you’re ticking off your 120 push-ups today, take it as a reminder to prioritise your sleep tonight too. Your brain will thank you for it!
