We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our growing team in Lucky Bay on a casual or permanent part-time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and supporting operational requirements including but not limited to, undertaking reception and customer service duties, managing and overseeing incoming and outing correspondence, raising purchase orders and uploading receival notes in Xero, assisting with stock inventory management and assisting with operations data entry for the grain stock management system.
If you're an organised individual with a strong ability to manage competing priorities, a strong communicator with well-developed customer service skills and has the ability to work independently, while supporting a broader operations team, we want to hear from you.
