Water pump service for a client today on his engine. As soon as I removed the face plate I could see the damage to the impeller (no wonder she was running a bit warm 😅) O ring from the face plate along with 10 of 12 vanes from the impeller had pulled through to the heat exchanger where it was reducing the flow of water. Made sure I had all the bits, cleaned it up and back together with a new impeller in no time.
