✨ A LITTLE UPDATE FROM GREAT SOUTHERN CARAVAN HIRE ✨

After careful consideration, we’re increasing our rates.

When we took over the business we kept prices the same which have remained unchanged since 2020, despite the increasing costs involved in operating, maintaining and presenting our fleet to the standard our customers have come to expect.

From 1 September, our new pricing will apply to new bookings.

What hasn’t changed? Our commitment to quality.

Every caravan continues to receive a full clean, thorough servicing and fleet maintenance after every hire. We invest in preventative maintenance, repairs, quality replacements and presentation so you can arrive, relax and enjoy your holiday knowing your van has been cared for.

We also continue to invest in our business and industry knowledge as members of the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, keeping up to date with industry developments, safety, government policy and best-practice standards so we can continue to provide the safest and best possible experience for our customers.

Like every business, we’re also experiencing increased costs across insurance, servicing, parts, cleaning supplies, compliance, registration and general business operations. Rather than compromising on the quality of our vans or the service we provide, we believe this adjustment allows us to continue doing things properly.

🏕️ And importantly — if you already have a booking with us, your price is locked in. Existing bookings will NOT be affected by this change.

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support of our customers, many of whom return year after year and recommend us to their family and friends.

If there is ever a reminder that you need to do a trip in your caravan….this is it! Read a few words, from previous owners Darryl, Katrina and the girls on their winter escape these July holidays enjoying their well earned rest with good friends making plenty of core memories right here in our awesome backyards ☺️
