To our amazing passengers,
As fuel costs continue to rise, we’ll be making a few small changes from Thursday 19th March 2026 to help us manage these increases.
Rather than increasing our base fares across the board, we will be introducing a temporary fuel surcharge, which will remain in place until fuel prices return to pre-conflict levels. The surcharge will be:
$5 for shared/shuttle rides
$10 for private rides
$15 for 14, 24, and 55-seater bus bookings
We will also be introducing a 2.5% payment processing fee, which applies to EFTPOS, credit card, invoice, and online payments.
To help avoid this fee, payments can still be made via EFT transfer or cash at no additional cost.
Additionally, our booking system will be updated to allow EFT transfer and cash payment options for early morning shuttle services.
Please note that any existing bookings that have already been processed and paid for will remain unchanged and honoured at the original price.
