At The Hills of Carmel, we’re proud to see local businesses helping residents 🏡 and their families 👪 thrive, and their biltong is one of The Hills of Carmel’s team favourites!

The owners make everything in-house including Biltong, Boerewors and Drywors.

They’re generous with tastings if you are not sure what you would like to take home and to top it off, on weekends, the BBQ is set up in the carpark and the boerewors is served as fresh and delicious hot dogs!

They also sell some South African goodies if you’re missing some of your old favourites.
