This Sunday, Harrietville is welcoming runners, supporters and plenty of enthusiastic cheer squads for the Harrietville Half Marathon! 🎉⁠

All proceeds from this amazing community event go to supporting the Harrietville Primary School and local youth group. ⁠

And what a beautiful part of the world to clock up those kilometres. 🌿⁠

Spring is in full swing, the valley is looking spectacular and there's something pretty special about running through Victoria's High Country with the mountains as your backdrop.⁠

This weekend, Bright is inviting you to look a little closer. 📸

The Bright Festival of Photography returns from 9–11 October, bringing photographers, creatives and curious visitors together here in the High Country.

And we love the idea behind it, and are happy to be sponsoring this fantastic event!

Because this is a place that's incredibly easy to photograph…

We love a great review.

Of course, it's lovely to hear that the house was beautiful, the beds were comfy, everything was spotless and the location was perfect.

But what we really love hearing is that our guests simply had a great holiday.

Because that's what all of this is really about.

It's families getting some proper time together.

Couples escaping for a few quiet days.

Friends finally making that group getaway happen.

Kids coming home muddy after a day exploring.

And dogs having the absolute time of their lives because, somehow, they've been invited too. 🐾

Our job is to make the accommodation part easy.
