These biscuits are not messing around. They are THICK. The chocolate layer alone is thicker than most regular biscuits.

Controversial opinion: there’s a wrong way and a right way to eat a scone, and this is the right way.

Jam first. Always.

Take it from me, I’m the High Tea Queen!

Today, I've published my first ebook.

One of Kyoto’s best views comes with monkeys.

After an uphill slog you’ll reach the top of Arashiyama Monkey Park, where you’ll be rewarded with incredible views across the city and the chance to watch the resident monkeys roam freely around the mountain.

You can even feed them from inside the special hut.

Definitely worth the climb.

Have you visited Kyoto’s monkey park?

I’ve been to a lot of high teas, but this was a first for me.

Proper clotted cream on an Australian high tea!

As someone who grew up eating cream teas in England, this little detail made me far more excited than it probably should have.

Have you ever found clotted cream on an Australian high tea?

And before anyone asks, jam first is the correct answer.
