We’re off!!! Charlie and I are hitting the road for an unforgettable outback adventure — all in the name of cancer research, prevention, and support through the amazing work of the Cancer Council!

We’re taking part in the Lunchbox Rally — the family-friendly version of the Sh!tbox Rally. Think dusty roads, dodgy cars, and a whole lot of laughs… all for a cause that’s close to our hearts. We’ll be thinking of you, Lee B!

If you can spare a few dollars, we’d love your support. Every bit helps make a difference and is tax deductible. Check out our fundraising link below — and thank you so much in advance!

We are excited to announce that we are taking part in Lunchbox Rally 2025!Lunchbox Rally is the newest fundraising project by the people who do Sh*tbox Rally and Mystery Box Rally, these projects have raised over $50 million for Cancer Council in the last 14 years! We will be taking part in support of the amazing Lee B, who we adore.Part of the participation is that all teams need to raise $3,000. These funds go to Cancer Council and we are proud to be doing our part to support such a worthy charity.

📍 Winderabandi Point, Ningaloo Station

What a campsite!! Unbelievable views, great swimming, abundance of wildlife - dolphins, turtles, stingrays! All for only $8 per adult a night. This is our second time to site 36 which has been one of our favourite sites in Australia. You can have open fires on the beach, dogs are allowed and there’s even a dump point if needed. We’d recommend an off road van as many campers seem to get bogged.

Campsites 1-6 were popular and packed, but we much preferred the other sites which were back a little from the beach with heaps of space.

Enjoy!

📍 Giralia Station Stay

Love a spacious camp right on the beach? Who doesn’t! Situated on the Gulf of Exmouth, the beach sites are a 45 min ride from the homestead (4WD recommended). They don’t pack campers in like sardines, but give heaps of room for the kids to run and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings.

It’s pet friendly, has dump spots and showers are back at the homestead. At $12 per adult a night, $5 for kids and free for infants, it’s a winner of a spot!

Enjoy!

📍Cape Range National Park

We LOVE turtles, and that’s why we headed back to camp at Osprey! With sites situated above the beach, the sandy beach was great for the fam!

Osprey was our base to snorkel, swim and explore the national park! We recommend booking in advance at https://parkstaybookings.dbca.wa.gov.au/availability/?site_id=33 as sites can book out early. It’s $11 per adult a night with under 5s free.

📍Bullara Station, WA

We love a station stay and Bullara has a lot to love! Have you been?

Situated on a working cattle station between Exmouth and Coral Bay, your days (and nights) will be kept busy for the whole fam! Start every morning on one of their many walks before devouring a delicious scone at the homestead. A drive out to the gulf is a must to explore the amazing scenery, have a beer and try your luck at fishing. Afternoons are done right by either tasting some complimentary damper or heading up to the top of the sand dune to view the amazing vista at sunset. Don’t forget your drinks and nibbles! BBQ night was a hit for us as we love a dance floor! Always take every opportunity to dance! We loved, loved, loved having fires scattered about so we could enjoy the nights near our caravan.

Lastly, make sure you check out the different rustic showers around the campsite. Nothing much beats showering under the stars.

Powered standard sites are between $45 and $55 and unpowered from $30. You must ensure you bring your own drinking water.

Bullara is currently closed, but will be opening April 1st.

Enjoy!

📍 Barn Hill Beachside Station Stay, The Kimberley, WA

Where the red desert reaches the turquoise sea. Barn Hill is the bee’s knees!

Situated on a cattle station, Barn Hill has a breathtaking coastline where red cliffs meet the white sandy beaches. Great swimming, gorgeous sunsets, delicious pizzas, fun playground, pet friendly, goats, guinea pigs, and rustic showers under the stars. What’s not to love?

It’s first in, best dressed so make sure you get in early! Camping is $38 for power and water and $30 unpowered. It’s currently closed for the season but opening again at Easter. You’ll love it!

This was our fifth time and we’ll definitely be back again!
