We are looking for our next admin superstar. This role will suit a recent school leaver who must be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship in Business Administration.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain a qualification whilst learning on the job in a supportive team environment.
On a day-to-day basis, your duties might include (but are not limited to):
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Assisting with customer inquiries
Problem-solving
Responding to emails and messages
Basic reception duties
Data entry, filing and record keeping
Providing a professional and friendly service as the first point of contact.
Uploading marketing material on social media
The successful candidate will have:
Basic to intermediate computer skills;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Sound communication skills (written and verbal);
Can-do attitude is a must :)
